I am new to having my own hosting account. need some information regards FTP user name and password and moving over my old domain also hosted on GoDaddy different account to my own account.

Uploading Files to Your Website (FTP)

As for moving content from one hosting plan to another, you simply need to download the existing content from the old hosting account and then upload this to the new hosting plan. All of this can be done via FTP.
