I have installed Joomla, deleted my instantpage but when I go to “mydomain.net”/administrator, I do not have access to Joomla, just an error page. “mydomain.net” without administrator is also an error page. Any suggestions? Thanks

@kevindr Do you have the domain for your site so that we can take a look at the error page?

Having the same problem. It’s currently hosted by intuit but we have the GoDaddy hosting package and joomla installed. domain name is sasports.com and I’m getting a 404 when going to sasports.com/administrator. Any help is greatly appreciated because I’ve been at this for hours.

@aguas

In order to be able to access the Joomla admin through your domain name, you will need to point the domain’s nameservers to the hosting service you have with us.

Setting Nameservers for Your Domain Names

Alternatively, you can enable Preview DNS so you can access the admin through the Preview DNS URL.
