Current Connection tests of your live site shows a “Coming Soon” page appearing without any issue.
If you are still seeing issues with your Live Site not appearing through local testing, I would recommend running a packet capture test through Wireshark. As this testing will reveal specific details that cannot be discussed over an Open Forum, you will want to submit these results to our Live Support via email at support@godaddy.com so we can further investigate the matter.

As I mentioned previously, if you are seeing local results return your site as not found or working the packet capture results retrieved from a Wireshark test will be necessary for our Advanced Support teams to further investigate what could be causing your site to resolve in this manner.
Have you tried running the test as advised above and submitting this to our Live Support team?
