Hello I recently updated my theme, this seems to have caused an error with my pluggins, my page does not display properly on my blog page and i cant log into my admin account, could anyone tell me how to undo a theme update, is it even possible.

The best recommendation I would have for you is to access the site via FTP, then delete the folder for the updated theme. Wordpress will then use the default theme, allowing you to access the admin page and make the updates you would like.
