Upgrade path from Joomla 1.5.25 to 2.5.1 coming?

I just saw the update/upgrade notification in the Hosting Connection for Joomla 1.7.3 users to 2.5.1.
Will there be one forthcoming for those of us still on 1.5.25, or are we stranded?

I can’t be certain if there will be a direct upgrade path from Joomla 1.5.25 to 2.5.1. You may need to either upgrade the application manually, or reinstall the application using the newest version.
If you choose to upgrade the application manually, the application would no longer be managed through our Hosting Connections and future upgrades would need to be done manually as well.
If you choose to re-install the application, you would need to reconfigure your site to use any previous settings you were using, as well as configure the site to use your existing database.

You just need to make sure that your configuration file has the connection strings for your database.
