Wordpress installed to root on my domain and yet I can’t get to the dashboard, I just get a 500 error every time I try to access the site or the WP-admin area. I have no idea what to do now. Help.

@d999998 I would recommend contacting our live support team for more information, as a 500 error will require further review:

I am having the same issue, i called and they are very helpful. It seems your domain is pointing to the wrong IP address, u need to go to DNS Manager. you can change it from My Account>Domains>hit + > on your domain name hit Launch > DNS Manager is on the mid bottom of your page > hit Launch DNS Manager. Under A Host, you should change the Points to ip :x x.xxx.xxx.x to your FTP IP. it is a different IP. I think you can find the correct IP on Hosting Control Center under Web Hosting. If my directions are confusing try calling them. :D hope this helps

also, after your reroute the DNS to the correct Server IP. you need to wait up to 48hrs for the server to update.
