Zen Cart admin login problem

Hello
I just installed the Zen Cart platform with succes but when I try to login in the admin page it says that my username or password is wrong, which is wrong because I typed them correctly
And when I try to resend a new password on my e mail, it says that they sent a new password but they didnt..so, please help me.

Please verify you are using the correct login information using the following instructions.
Viewing Your Passwords for Go Daddy Hosting Connection Applications
If you are using the information as listed and are not able to login, I suggest you try using a different web browser or clear the cache on your current browser to see if this corrects the issue.

Thank you for responding Sergio P, but unfortunetly it doesnt work
First of all, I verified and reverified the informations from go daddy hosting connection, I used them correctly and for nothing and when I tried to request a reset to my password it says that its been sent but its not
Second of all, I tried the admin page with Firefox and IExplorer, and cleared the cache to both of them, and still nothing
The odd thing is that the fronthead site work very well ( the sample data ) and after the installation part it appeared a message that said ‘installation succesful’ and no error.
Do you think I should delete the application and installed it again?
If you have another ideea you would be very helpful

That would be my next suggestion. You can use these instructions to uninstall if you need them.

You should have a link on the site to your admin panel. If not, try the following URL(Using your information):
http://www.yourdomain.com/storename/admin
