We’re working hard to make our Go Daddy Blackberry application the very best it can be. Unfortunately, we have difficulty reproducing some of the errors that customer experience. We would greatly appreciate your help in finding and reproducing these errors.

If you experience an error, we would love to hear about it. Most importantly for us to fix a bug is the environmental information specific to you. Please include the following information, along with a short description of the problem:

Phone model – found in ‘Options’ – ‘About’
Operating system number – found in ‘Options’ – ‘About’, starts with a ‘v’ then a series of numbers.
Do you use a corporate Blackberry Enterprise Server? (Y/N)
A brief description of the error, and what you were doing at the time it occurred within the application

And thank you for your help improving our Blackberry application!

Con download and install, but when I try running the application I get a “Uncaught exception; java.lang.error”, and when i click on it again, I get just an OK button displayed. I downloaded version 1.2 of the GoDaddy blackberry mobile app.

Hi Bobby,

We have seen other error reports very similar to this one on that same phone. We are working to procure that phone with a similar setup. Unfortunately we cannot recreate the error using the Blackberry simulator.

Thanks for the information! Hopefully we can solve the issue soon.

Hello,
Blackberry just released its new flagship device, the Bold 9930. Would you please update it. I am told it is a minor tweak to the app to get it to run on OS7.
Thank you, and we love your service.
