Go Daddy SSL issue.

I have a HTC Touch Pro 2 with Windows 6.5 when I set it up to access my Citrix Farm I get “SSL Error 61: You have not chosen to trust “Go Daddy Secure Certificate Authority” , the issuer of the server’s security certificate.

I have no way to view or accept this. If anyone has any insight into how to resolve this I would appriciate the info.

I’m sorry to hear that your having issues. Have you tried reinstalling the certificate? From my experience, when setting up the application, you are normally prompted to trust the GoDaddy Authority. If that doesn’t help, try contacting Support at (480) 505-8877 or Support@GoDaddy.com for further assistance. They should be able to take care of you.
