Certificate not available under "Certificate Management"
apitsos said 1 year, 12 months ago:
Hi there,
I just purchased a SSL certificate. I can see it under my account, but as soon as I click “manage certificate” at the right, I am redirected on the “management” area but I don’t see it there.
Any suggestions, please?
Thanks,
Angelos

@apitsos
Just above the list area there is a link for “Missing Products”. Click that link and it will refresh the certificate list. Usually this will resolve the issue with missing credits.

Hi DaveD,
Thanks for the tip. I should firstly click on the “Credits” at the left…
Best,
Angelos

@jooo
When you first go into the Certificate Manager you will most likely be taken to the Certificates page. You will need to click on the Credits link on the left before you will be taken to the page where the “Missing Products?” link will be displayed.

Thank you. I had problems loading this page with IE 9.0.
Firefox 4.0 works better

No problem. I’m happy you were able to get this figured out. If you have any other trouble let us know. Thanks!

I just purchased My SSL certificate and request has been pending for over 24hrs. How can I get this resolved.
DaveD said 1 year, 11 months ago:
@temi
Depending on the certificate type it can take longer than 24 hours for the certificate to be issued. It is also going to depend if extra verification is needed to complete the process. When you go into your Certificate Manager and click on the “What’s the hold up?” link it should tell you what step we are waiting on.

Where can I get CSR? I have purchased SSL.

@gilbert53
The CSR is generated by the server that the certificate is going to be installed on. Check out this article:
