There are a few ways to do this. One way is to simply link pages using the absolute URL when you want them to be secure. However, this will be tedious if you have a large number of pages which require HTTPS. Another method is to create a page-based redirect, such as the examples found here:

The last option would be to use the Microsoft URL Rewrite Module, which you can find more information about here:
