New cert stuck at "Credits"

Hi

We purchased a cert (Standard UCC SSL- 5 slot), and after it appeared in the “Credits” folder, made a request as per the instructions in http://docs.amazonwebservices.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/InstallCert.html .

After submitting the request to GoDaddy, there is no change in the cert, and specifically it didn’t even go from “Credits” to “Pending”. Any help would be appreciated.

Once the credit is successfully submitted the certificate should go into the pending certificates folder. If it is still listed as a credit then I would attempt submitting the credit again. The help article we have on it can be found here:

Thanks, we submitted again, and this time the request did go to “Pending”.

I’m glad it worked the second time. If you click on the common name of the pending request, you can click on “What’s the hold up?” to view the status of the pending certificate request.
