If your Premium Extended Validation SSL is still pending, that indicates that our Registration Authority is either processing your request, or is waiting to receive additional documents. I recommend that you contact our Registration Authority directly so that they can review your pending request with you. You can reach our Registration Authority by emailing ra@godaddy.com.
