I’ve followed all the instructions given and have installed the SSL on our dedicated server and no errors posted and all went fine, when we try to validate the SSL using the goddady SSL installation tool it gives the following error:

Results:SSL is Issued by an Unsupported CA

Any help would be great

I had the same problem and Support was useless.

I tried installing 3 ways. SBS console, IIS7, and Exchange 2010. All failed and it has been 2 days of trying to get htis to work. I guess I will need to use another SSL cert.

@hemec

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with installing your certificate. I would suggest that you try to re-key your certificate an again use our instructions to install the certificate, or you can use the number I provided previously and we can walk you through the installation.

Same problem, I’ve even re-key the certificate and uploaded to the server as the instructions provided for parallels panel 11 and the error Results:SSL is Issued by an Unsupported CA still exists…

@alejandrog

Please contact our SSL department using the contact information I’ve posted previously so that we can take a look at your certificate and assist you with installing both our intermediate certificate as well as your certificate.
