SSL certificate pending for 24 hours

I requested new SSL certificate for renewal.
But, it’s still pending for 24 hours.
Why delayed???

Specifically, I’m not sure what might be causing the issue, as we’re not able to directly check your account via the forums. However, you may want to access your Secure Certificate Manager, and then click on your pending certificate request. Once you’ve done that, you should see a link toward the bottom of the page that says “What’s the hold up?”. If you click that link, you should see the current situation with your SSL certificate.
