If you are hosting your site with us, the Dedicated IP will remain active on your hosting plan. However, if your SSL expires or if you have cancelled or revoked the SSL, the Dedicated IP will be removed. I recommend that you contact our support teams so that they can review the status of your SSL. Our support teams can be reached 24/7 through the following URL:

Thanks Gary, I just send an request to support team with follow details:

My old ssl still vaild untile 06/26/2012 but Dedicate IP was lost since I requested to cancel the auto renew ssl product in yesterday. after that I puchased new ssl product for new dedicate ip, but the system shows like if the old ssl still vaild then I can’t launch new ssl product. My question is “Is the new ssl still included Dedicate IP?” and “since the old ssl service still there, can I ask for add back dedicate ip without launch the new ssl at this moment?”

When you setup the new SSL, your hosting plan will be given a new Dedicated IP address. Since you stated that you canceled the previous SSL, all management functions for the SSL are removed. While the certificate itself may still be listed in your account, since it was not revoked, you would not be able to manage it. I recommend that you continue working with our support teams for these SSL issues that are specific to your account.
