Hi there,
We purchased an SSL cert and the status right now is current. I notice in our quick shopping cart that no SSL certificate number is showing up yet though. I just want to make sure there isn’t something I need to be doing at this point to complete the install of the SSL. If it’s still up to Go Daddy to complete something, any idea how long? We’re super eager to get our shopping cart published asap!

Once the certificate is issued, it can take up to 72 hours to be installed on your Quick Shopping Cart account. If it has been over 72 hours and the SSL has not been installed, you might want to contact our support teams so that they can take a detailed look at your account. Our support teams can be reached 24/7 through the following page:
