Hi,

I recently got the 4GH Ultimate plan and I’m trying to setup the certificate. I configured the whole site with the top level domain (let’s use domain.com as an example).
I know that this plan gives me the chance to use 1 standard ssl certificate, and I want to use it for the http://www.domain.com domain instead of domain.com. On the certificate request site I cannot figure out how to do this, since the only place where I can select my domain is a drop down list and it doesn’t allow me to enter something, it just gives me the option to use domain.com

My fear is that the answer to this question is buy a new ceriticate, and if that is the answer I’ll be realy dissapointed because this wasn’t clear when I hired the plan.

If someone has the answer to my question I will really apreciate it.

Thanks,

Matias

An SSL certificate secures the common name (domain name) listed in the certificate, with or without the “WWW” prefix. You should be able to continue with your request by selecting your domain name.
