Is there a way to share a calendar of an executive to his or her assistant?

Yes, you can share events between Calendar users. You’ll want to setup a group on your Calendar for this. For more information on this feature, see:

Sounds like you’re actually trying to sync your Calendar with Outlook. Try using our Desktop Calendar Tools and this should help you out. You can find instructions on this here:

Hope that’s what you’re looking to do!

Actually, what I am TRYING to do is to have ONE “universal” calender that is in all the places I need it.

1. My desktop
2. OWA
3. My phone

I need this calender to be available to me and my biz partner.

I have 2 calenders on my desktop and even have one of them “shared” with my biz partner. The shared calender shows up on his desktop but not on his owa or phone.

So, is this REALLY possible or did the sales person tell me incorrectly? And if it is, How the heck do you set it up?

Does GoDaddy hosted exchange e-mail support Calendar sharing using Outlook 2010? My wife and I both have GoDaddy hosted exchange e-mail addresses on the same domain, and we use Outlook 2010. When I try to share my calendar with her, I get a message saying, “Calendar sharing is not available with the following entries because of permission settings on your network: <wife’s e-address>”.
If it is simply a matter of me changing settings on my account, then I’d like to enable this sharing. If not, please let me know.

Thanks!

@esmaddock

You should be able to share your calendar using Hosted Exchange. The instructions may vary depending on your specific version of Outlook. Here’s more information:

Christian,
It had to do with my shared calendar settings and which address book I used to request to share the calendar. I figured it out. Thanks for the help.
