That’s ridiculous, even the most basic hosting packages have a way of dealing with undelivered mail and yet the product you describe on your website as having “powerful email tools” can’t do this basic function??. How do you suggest I deal with undelivered mail then?

If you are working with an email address that is commonly misspelled, you may want to setup an alias for each of the common misspellings to avoid having emails bounce back to senders.

no doubt, catchall feature is a must have. If GoDaddy is going to compete in this product lineup, the offerings must meet the minimum business needs.

Keep in mind that this is not a feature we have decided not to support, it is anon supported feature in Hosted Exchange. As @Adam mentioned, you would want to setup aliases for any common misspellings.
