Continued email latency issues

I have several hosted exchange accounts. They are all going well, except for one domain that seems to be on and off at random times signifIcant delays both inbound and outbound. I must have called support 20+ times over the last three weeks.
Has anyone been in this situation before? How did you fix it?

Are you talking about delays in receiving mail by you and your recipients, or delays accessing mail using a mail client? What was the result of contact our support team?

@Nathanf – I’ve been in contact with support numerous times over this particular account issue. While I personally rank godaddy support #1 and they almost always have an answer or explanation reasonably fast, they could not explain this (mainly because I don’t think the support has access to physically log-into the inbox to do “hands on” diagnosing).
It was acknowledged that Hosted Exchange did have some lags yesterday (as it did last week during a similar issue where no mail was not being received).
Working with the End User I was able to determine that 1 of the e-mails were perhaps being rejected by the other side’s domain (he was trying to send a 16+ MB file to @verizon.net).
The other issue for today with a particular e-mail “not being received” is still a mystery.
If you have any ideas, I presume you can look my account back up and reach out to me directly.

Are you still having an issue with your Hosted Exchange account? At this time, I’m not showing any issues with this service, but we would be more than happy to investigate this further for you.

Don’t think the matter is resolved – latency issue continues to recur, at least several times each day. First noticed the problem a bit over a month ago. Have only called a few times because Support indicates to me that the problem is known but not resolved. No estimate for resolution ETA available the last time that I called. Hosted Exchange operated flawlessly for the first nine months of my experience and I was actively pursuing plans to migrate other customers; now I am extremely reluctant to do so, particularly if clients rely on Exchange Push to smartphones.

We have been experiencing repeated problems with delays to our outgoing email. We have been using GoDaddy’s hosted exchange email since 2008, and it’s always worked fine until this year. This year, we are constantly having to call about the same thing, and we are always given the same answer. Support techs all sound very sincere in promising us that it’s being worked on, but no… unfortunately they are not able to estimate when it will be fixed, and no… no one can tell us exactly what the problem is or why it continues to recur after being “fixed” probably 7 or 8 times.
If too much traffic is the root problem, then GoDaddy has not delivered on its promise to corporate customers. They need to either increase capacity, or take steps to isolate legitimate, law abiding customers from this issue.
We’ve lost all patience and will be seeking another hosted exchange provider.
