Why can’t we get updates to problems being worked on at GoDaddy…
Hosted exchange is down AGAIN and I can;t get estimates when it will be backup…

Also why can’t customers be on an alert list for problem updates instead of having to call back for informations…

Also I want a trouble ticket system… To track reported problem, I am tired to rehashing the problem everytime I call into godaddy..

I also want a business rep assigned to my accout…

I am sorry to hear that you’re still having issues with your Hosted Exchange. I would be happy to look into this for you. However, the issue we were experiencing this morning has been resolved.

When you say you are unable to connect to Outlook, please provide me the exact error that you’re receiving.

After 2 more calls to godaddy,,, at 4:14 est my last NY workstation came up..

Now I have 25 workstations starting working in a couple of hours in Shanghi,,, I hope I am not up all night…

We are in initial discussions with Microsoft about a potential bug that we have uncovered on how thick clients route (Outlook) to outlook anywhere enabled Client Access servers in an intentionally downed state/staged for expansion, but not live for customer consumption. As more details become available from Microsoft I will be happy to post it along with any KB articles that are posted by MS if they are created.

I just upgraded my i- phone to the I-5. I have four hosted exchange email accounts that I sync with myphone. Three of the four work with the new I-phen. I cant get the other one to work- I get a “unable to verify account info” message. I desparetly need to get this up and running. I am entering in everything correctly.
