Known issue with sending delays on our Hosted Exchange accounts

GoDaddy employee “ChrisG” said 5 days ago in a previous thread that there is a “known issue with sending delays on our Hosted Exchange accounts,” and a few days ago GoDaddy employee “EHLOBlack” said the issue “should be resolved.”
This is a link to that thread.

It is not resolved!
We have been experiencing this problem intermittently for weeks and again it happened yesterday (clicked send at 11:30am, email sent 3:36pm.) Domain is reboldlarkin.com, we have 4 box plan hosted Exchange. Any other info is available if needed.
Please advise as to the solution. Thank you.

We had experienced a huge spike in malicious activity that was the source of the majority of the backups that have occurred. We have taken steps to eliminate that traffic and have already added additional capacity and industry standard spam controls to the outbound mail servers to combat these delays. These delays are not acceptable and we will continue to add capacity to outbound queues as the reputation of the outbound servers build with third party email systems (AOL, Yahoo, MSN, etc.).

I have been experiencing delays in excess of 6 hours over the past 2 days!! When calling in to godaddy I get “the technicians are working on it, its a known problem” and “It should be corrected in the next few hours”, followed by, “I see that you need to renew your exchange account, extend…..”
This has happened several time and isn’t acceptable. I had better performance/service from Gmail
