can e-mail still be viewed by Godaddy once sent by user?

I apologise, i was on the contact page, needed asnwers to some questions i had pertaining to a merchant account. however after done filling out the customer service contact page and submiting the information, a new customer service contact page appeared stating to “login to further expidite service”. I was logged in, so im assuming my login must have timed out, though i could still see i was logged in while on the customer service contact page.
MY QUESTION IS: DO i really have to type ALL THAT INFORMATION again or did Godaddy get the E-Mail any hoo.

It is possible your message still went through but, the support representative that reviews the issue may not have proper validation to discuss the specifics of your account. thank you for your response, didn’t seem to have gone through, so I just rewrite and send. this time though I saved the work first, even copy, so it would’nt be lost.
