wondering why people i give my public link to have to download files one at a time and cant download multiples.
same thing happens when i send public link to a folder. recipient cant download sub folders, only open them and download files one at a time.

You are correct, the folders themselves cannot be downloaded. As for the files, there is not a workaround to download more than one file at a time. Thanks for taking the time to post, I will forward this to our Development Team for review.

While you may not be able to download multiple files at a time in public folders, you can should you so choose create a ZIP file right in the application (including subfolders). This isn’t a perfect workaround, but it may be servicable if your intent is to distribute most or all of the contents of that public link.
