Just got a Kindle Fire. I can connect to OFF, but I can’t scroll (which means I can only see a few of the folders/files). Is there a known work-around, or a know bug being worked on for this?

Are there any alternatives to the whole web-based process? Amazon cloud doesn’t work for personal videos so I want to keep them here and be able to download a few from time to time.

Thanks for the post. I am not sure what type of testing has been done for the Kindle Fire. I will forward this thread to our Developers for review and post any updates as soon as I receive them.

Interesting follow up note to this. I’m rather partial to the landscape mode of viewing web pages and in that mode I have more folders that will display and can’t scroll at all, but in portrait mode, the page is somewhat zoomed out and I can see all items, and can also scroll further into the empty space at the bottom. I don’t have any super big folders, but I does seem to be an issue specifically with landscape mode. I’m guessing this is a silk problem, but since it works with other sites, perhaps there is something from this site that is antagonizing it :)

I was able to review the issue with the Development Team, and they are aware of the issue you explained. A workaround to it is to slightly resize the offending page (via a two-finger pinch/pull). This works in both landscape and portrait modes.
