I am not having any issue access the File Manager in my own testing. Are you able to connect to your FTP using another FTP client?

Uploading Files to Your Website (FTP)

You may also want to contact our Support Team to have your File Manager access tested.

@timb

Thanks for reply.

I know, how to access it. But it’s not opening in my account. Yes, I can access it via FTP client, but I need to upload large size zip file and after upload it need to unzip it via FTP File Manager.

Can you fix it please?

thanks,
Tejas

No one at Go Daddy seems to be able to explain how I can delete a folder with all its subsidiary folders from my service. I have found if I go to each individual file I can delete them but I can’t seem to delete the folder structure itself. Any ideas?

@bailey_c

You can delete folders or files using either an FTP client or our File Manager. This help article provides steps to delete any folder from within your File Manager:
