Currently, you are force to import your address book each time or manually enter contacts. It would be a much more user-friendly tool if there was seamless integration between all these programs.

If your Online Storage account is associated with a Web-Based Email account via the Email Control Center, then you will see contacts from your Web-Based Email address book automatically. I will pass this suggestion to include a synchronization to email clients along to our development team for their consideration.
