Microsoft office 2010 keeps crashing

Whenever i try and open files stored on the online storage Micrisift files word,excel they crash my microsoft, However if i copy the file to my pc then it opens fine.
Is this a common problem or is there a fix for it.

We have not been able to duplicate the issue. I would suggest trying to open this in another browser to see if this resolves the issue:

Glad to hear it is working properly through your browser, I’m not sure why this would only be causing an issue with your mapped drive. Our Support Team may be able to review the issue in greater detail if you can reference this thread and provide them with the drivemap.log file and steps to duplicate.
