OFF Upload Speed Problem

Hello:
I’ve been having a really difficult to track down problem with Online File Folder over the last two+ months. In a nutshell, after using the service for the last few years I’ve suddenly started getting incredibly slow upload speeds to OFF. For the past few years it’s been a consistent 300-600K per second upload (approximate). But over the last few months that speed has suddenly dropped to 30-45K per second.
Speedtest consistently shows my up and down connection as being rock solid even while OFF is being slow. And, in all other respects my connections are perfectly fine.
Part of the problem is that very occasionally, the OFF upload speed will be back to normal for a very short while (hours) and then back to being problematic shortly after. The account I utilize is shared with my business partner who is based on the East Coast and he has ZERO problems uploading.
I’m experiencing the same slow uploads from all three PCs (Vista Desktop, Vista Laptop and Win 7 Desktop). Norton is running on each unit, but I’ve turned off Norton and all firewalls numerous times in an attempt to find the cause. Problem persists.
It “seems” as if something is being throttled, but not entirely blocked, obviously. I’m just not sure who is doing it and/or how it’s being done.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I absolutely rely on OFF for frequent business-related file sharing and I really dig the service.

Based on the fact that you’re saying the same account is being used from a different location and working is indicating that it’s most likely an issue with the local connection that you are using. While you are attempting this on different computers, have you tried on another computer outside of your network to see if the issue persists? Is this with any file or specific size that the speed starts to slow down?
It’s pretty hard to troubleshoot it if it’s a local issue. You can always also contact support to see if there are any issues with connecting to your particular account.
