Using Online Folders, when I click “Add Files”, the screen just flickers and nothing happens. But I can create a new folder. Any suggestions? It happens for both Chrome and Explorer. I don’t recall this problem before.

Have you enabled pop-ups in your browser? The upload screen is a pop-up window that I bet is the cause of the flickering you described.

I enabled popups for both Explorer and Chrome, but still doesn’t work. It does work on other computers, so the problem is something on my laptop. I disabled ZoneAlarm, but doesn’t help either.

Glad to hear that it is working on your other computers, definitely sounds like you have something installed on your laptop that is causing an issue. Maybe another user has experienced a similar issue and can make a suggestion.

Does the fact that I am trying to do this from Korea have anything to do with it?
Also, are there any other settings (besides enabling popup) in the browser or firewalls that could prevent adding files using onlinefilefolder?

Your location would not be affecting only the ability to add files through your browser. I am not aware of any particular settings that may be causing this issue other than the pop-up window. You can use an FTP client to add your files to Online Storage:
