I want to give a person access to help with our online storage but don’t want them to have any access to our domain names accounts. is there a way I can either secure our domain names or direct them only to online storage through a separate password?

When you setup your Online Storage you create a user name and password that can be used to log in at https://www.onlinefilefolder.com. Logging in through this URL will only allow you to manage the files for your Online Storage account and will not have any direct access to your Go Daddy account.
