Two-Way sync between Home and Work

What I’m trying to do:
Use my Desktop File Folder which is set up on both my home and work computers, to maintain all of my documents. I have it set so the file folder icon pops up on my desktop when I turn my computer on. As I said, all my documents are in there to work on.
1) When I open a document, and save it when I’m done, I’d like to be able to open the updated document on my other computer (after it syncs, of course).
2) When I DELETE a file or folder from my Desktop File Folder, I’d like it to DELETE it from my other computer, again, after is syncs.
What are the settings I need to set each Desktop File Folder to achieve this?
What I’ve tried/have been doing:
I had both Desktop File Folders set to “Full Sync”. This seems to work well if I update or write over a file (pdf, etc.) with the same name… so #1 from above SEEMS to be doing what it should under “Full Sync”.
However, deleting anything from either Desktop File Folder is extremely frustrating. When I delete a file (or folder)… an hour later, it pops back up. I don’t want to have to log in to my Online File Folder to delete every time I want to delete something!
I read on these forums that someone said to change “Full Sync” to the sync that will delete a file from Online File Folder if the file currently isn’t within the computer’s Desktop File Folder. However, wouldn’t this NOT work if you’re trying to sync across TWO computers? When computer #2 is turned on, the file that you want to sync wouldn’t be on the 2nd computer, thus forcing a delete from the Online File Folder? Or… what am I missing here?

@mahermusic,
This is not something that we would be able to review through this forum. You will need to contact our Support team to have our this review with our Advance Technicians.

Hey mahermusic,
I have the same problem. I can’t think of or find a way where deleting a file on either machine deletes it on the other, using full sync. It seems that the only way is to work on files online at both machines and if you want the information saved or backed-up, so it’s not just online, select download only sync. If you learn of another solution through the Support Team, I’d very much appreciate it if you would post the resolution here.
Cheers!

The updating (of files) works for me. If I’m in Pages or Numbers at work, and save it (and give it time to sync) then when I get home, the updated file will overwrite the older file… eventually.
It’s VERY slow, and nothing like Apple’s iDisk, but it kinda’ works. It would be better if there was a “syncing” icon that appeared, or flashed in the menu along the top of the computer, like Dropbox and iSync both have, to let you know when the Desktop/Online File Folder is syncing…
What DOESN’T work, and this is verified through the GoDaddy Tech Support, is that we can’t delete folders or files from our Desktop File Folder. We must manually log into the Online File Folder… find the item(s) that we want to delete… and delete from there. Unfortunately, sometimes my deleted file doesn’t stay… deleted! If I go back to my desktop file folder (after deleting something from my online file folder), it sometimes manages to creep BACK into my desktop file folder.
Sometimes I have to delete the same file or folder from BOTH my online AND desktop file folders… talk about counter-productive. This is really supposed to make things easier, right?
Oh, how I wish Apple wasn’t ending their iDisk. It was fast, offered real-time syncing (or deleting) seconds after adding or deleting, it showed a progress bar along the bottom of the open iDisk folder window, AND showed a revolving sync icon along the top of the Mac to show when your iDisk was syncing.
The main thing was that… from home to work… it WORKED!!! I’m hoping, someday, that GoDaddy’s File Folder products will work as well…. (fingers crossed!)
I called in to the GoDaddy tech support. This is what I found out:
