I have looked and looked and cannot find how to change the email account for notification from my blog when someone submits a comment on my blogs. I have managed to change it in my general website settings, but the comments for my blogs are still coming to the old address. Help.

You’d update this in the author settings. You can go to Post Activities >> Manage Authors >> click edit next to the author and then update the email address field.
