hi everybody,
just launched a new blogpodcast and there seems to have a problem:
1. i choose a template, edit it, wrote a new webline, upload a small icon etc. hit ‘publish’, but when i type my web adress i get a template i’ve never used, without my icon and my webline. the only thing that remains is my post.
how can i fix it?
2. how can i remove the survey?
3. how can i attach a ‘like’ button to every post, and how can i attach a facebook comments?
thanx-thanx-thanx!!!

@ori3185
If you see a template that you have never chose before being displayed as your Quick Blogcast template, you will want to contact our 24 hour support team through http://support.godaddy.com/support so our tech guys can take a look at your account. I’m not sure what survey you are referring to. Can you provide us with the URL of the site so we can take a look? As far as adding the ‘like’ button, you can add the iframe code that Facebook provides to each of your posts. For the URL of the post, you can look at the ‘Permalink URL’ when creating your post.

hi, here’s the URL:
blog.djorigalili.com
i don’t know if i chose this default template somewhen, but i thought that after i choose other and publish it than it will become my website, and somehow it dosnt.
plus, in the blog there’s a survey (‘what do u think of this post?’) that i want to cancel, and i don’t know how.
for the comments – i don’t want the ‘human check’ (type the numbers so u can comment).
in other words, i want to edit my website freely, and somehow i can’t do none!

now i just have to solve the facebook issue.
for example, look here:

at the end of his post you can ‘like’ and comment through a facebook application.
please, do u know how to do it?

Did you figure out how to remove the survey?? I’ve been looking everywhere for a setting or something and can’t find it.

@swlilsis
Inside the Quick BlogCast manager, navigate to the “Manage Blog” drop down menu, select “Settings”, and then un-check “Gather user feedback:”. Click “Apply” at the bottom and this should remove the survey on posts.
(Please keep in mind that ISP and Browser caches can cause it to still show if you viewed it on your computer, until the cache is automatically dumped by the browser or manually dumped by the user)
I hope this helps,
Jason
