I can’t get the last image to take in the drag and drop section. Only 4 show up on the header section. I was able to do all five previously but now, only 4 and thumbnail are available. What has happened to the site?

First I would recommend trying the following Troubleshoot Browser Settings tool to make sure your browser is properly configured to work with our services.
If the issues are still persisting after confirming these settings, I would proceed with another browser as suggested by @nathanf. I cannot recommend a specific one. However, I can confirm we try to make our services compatible with all current browsers. Some of the most commonly used by our customers are Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer.
If you are seeing the same issues occur in more than one browser, my next suggestion would be to reach out to our Live Support via phone or email so we can further investigate the matter from within the account in question.
