Providing shipping options says this “If you elect to provide shipping available to all products, all selected options are presented to the shopper.” However no matter how many time I select shipping options in any of the categories, my preview doesn’t add shipping at checkout. How do i apply a single shipping fee to orders on my shopping cart?

If you would like to apply a single, flat shipping fee to all of your customers, the best way to do this is by adding a Flat Rate shipping option. Information on setting up a Flat Rate shipping option can be reviewed in this article:
