Does Site Survey still exist?

I’m interrested in adding a short survey to my QSC. There’s an option for it under “promote” but all it does it take me back to the main “My Account” page. If it doesn’t still exist as part of QSC, is there a way to send customers to my main web site after they’ve completed their purchase?

Site Survey is no longer available for purchase. As for redirects, when a Customer has completed their purchase, the receipt displays. As you can customize the receipt, you can add a link to it.

Any chance of it coming back the option is still listed I spent my wheels trying to find it. I ended up getting the email marketing suite that includes a survey builder. However I want to link the QSC member list profiles to the results. I’m I limited to only using the import option in Email Marketing. Or should I wait to it returns and save myself a headache?

From what I have been told, there are no plans to re-introduce Site Survey. I hope that you are able to find a good use of Express Email Marketing with your cart.

Then godaddy needs to take it off the QSC. I spent an hour looking for it as well.
They can screw up the new product editor by making it all tabbed which most people hate but they can’t seem to find time to remove the site survey option.

While it is not available for purchase on the front of site, there are Customers that have previously purchased and utilize Site Survey, which is why the link is visible. A disclaimer that it can no longer be purchased is a great idea, and I will forward this thread to the Development Team.
