Stacey it is possible to create an order minimum. I have done it.
Simply go to SET UP, STORE PREFERENCES, GENERAL.
Halfway down the page under the SHOPPING CART heading, is the check box for “set minimum dollar amount for customer order” check that. Then add the $ amount in the box underneath.
You can also select minimum order quantity instead.
