I downloaded the provided spreadsheet and inserted all of my products, but it keeps saying that it is not in the correct format. I am using a Mac, but I saved the file as an “.exl.” I even tried to upload it using my PC laptop and it kept saying the same thing. Any help would be appreciated. I have about 100 products and I don’t want to have to input them all one-by-one.

Here is a help article that explains how to perform an upload of your catalog in to QSC.

If you could please provide the details on the error you are experiencing when attempting this upload using the process provided in the help article above, we may be able to serve you better.
Hope it helps.
Thanks.

This is the error I am receiving: ” Errors: Fail to process file: Ammunition Products1.xls Please select a valid Product Template file and try again. ” It still wouldn’t work and I am 100% positive that the file is and .xls file.

@Aaron_at_Arms and pat_roberts

Just touching base with you in regards to this. I hope you have already resolved this. However, you indicated when you saved the file you saved it as an .exl. You may want to download the file again and save it in the extension it is downloaded in.

If you are still having problems you can forward the list to support and they can attempt to duplicate the issue. They can be reached at http://support.godaddy.com/support.
