Is it possible to resize the the product image thumbnails the product images that are on the main product page, home page, not the product image on the actual product page. I was able to call out the CSS and to make the image larger, but the image gets blurry like it is still reading the default auto sizing when the image is first uploaded.

My site is shop.kvellcosmetics.com. For example at the bottom are the two product catagories. The Oceanwell and OceanCollagen product images need to be larger. Anyone know if they can be enlarged or are we stuck with the default size?

@jess_t_dog,

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to resize the published thumbnails. Though you can modify the displayed area the image can be viewed in via the CSS values you found, this doesn’t resize the image itself. Like you pointed out, Quick Shopping Cart will direct to the auto-sized version of the image automatically.

What would the auto-sized version of the image be?
I was sizing my images to the exact dimensions that I wanted the thumbnails to be. Then I was uploading and checking “View Full Size” and it still made them distorted. This is something that needs to be worked on. I’ve been playing around with it for 3 months and I am not happy. It’s a make or break for me. I’m happy with godaddy except for this problem!

@product_images,

The following article provides some specific details about uploading images into a Quick Shopping Cart site, including the default sizes that are auto-sized based on the Page-Layout templates:

About Images in Quick Shopping Cart

I will definitely forward your comments in regard to this matter to our developers to take into consideration for our future updates.
