I am trying to sell fabrics in 1/4 yard increments. How do I set up a drop down menu for the quantity and have the price adjust accordingly?

@11roosters

You could set this up using the ‘Attributes’ option:

Instead of an Attribute, you can add the lengths as an Option. This will allow you to increase the price by an amount you specify:

Thanks Tim,
Do you happen to have a web site I could look att ot see How that looks from a buyers point of view. We tried doing that and from the Preview we did not like it….

Is there a way to get an enhancemnt request in? It would be great if on the check out page the user was allowed to use Decimal points (or Factions) for the Quantity.

thats again for the suggestion

You can see some example stores with these price increasing options here:

http://www.godaddy.com/ecommerce/shopping-cart.aspx

Just click the SEE IT IN ACTION button and many of the example stores have this set up. I’ll pass your suggestion along to our developers for future consideration.
