Social Media and Quick Shopping Cart

Why aren’t the social media widgets for fb and twitter showing on my quick shopping cart. I have enabled the social media under business info/store preferences and included the accounts?

@cdw
Did you publish your site after making those changes? Check out this article to see if anything was missed:
Adding Social Media to Quick Shopping Cart
If you’ve done everything there, please contact our Support Team. We’ll need to access your account to troubleshoot this further.

Where would the Facebook link appear on my QSC website? I currently added an image/link to our Facebook page in the footer of our site. What exactly do the social media widgets do?
Can someone please share their websites here, so I can see exactly what it looks like when using the social media widgets?

The link will appear at the bottom of your sidebar after you enable it. Enabling Facebook will provide the ‘Like’ and ‘Send’ buttons. You can check out another thread where users have shared their storefronts:

If I enable the Facebook sidebar widget and don’t like how it looks, can I just un-able it and everything will look as it did before? I just want to make sure I don’t mess anything up. It’s taken me a long time to get things almost the way I want…

OK, so I just enabled the Social Media on my QSC page (massagediscount.com), entered my business Facebook page address, saved it, published it and logged out. I don’t see the new Facebook link with the ‘like’ and ‘add’ in the bottom of my sidebar navigation. Is it supposed to show up between my side navigation and featured product? Where is it?
I do have a link to my Facebook page in my footer, which I put in manually with CSS months ago.

I do not see the Like button under your side bar either. This would be something that our Support Team would be better equipped to review as they can access your project and determine if the coding has been added properly and why it is not displaying.

No Facebook plugin for our store as well. http://www.modulerepairpro.com
Set it all up, published… nada. Something that support really should look into.

If you have added the widget and necessary code from Facebook, definitely contact our support team to have your shopping cart reviewed in detail to determine the why it is not being displayed online.
