Change "optimised" tags to "Current"

Wow all this stuff is chinese to me…please respond slowly, lol. If I am understanding things correctly, site maps are created by “current tags.” I thought I was doing the right thing when I adjusted my info under the tab “optimise tags” but it doesn’t seem to want to shift over to current. Does it shift over? What am I missing?

Once you create your optimized tags you need to get them on your actual website. The steps to do this varies on where your site is hosted. The following link has steps to add your optimized tags to your website for various situations.

A sitemap is something differnt. It is basically a map of all of your pages in your site. Search Engines can use your site map to index your site properly. The following link explains sitemaps in more detail.

Hey thanks for the info Steve, but would you believe I’m still confused. I use word press and I have no idea where this root menu is – or the index. Where do I cut and paste my tags to?
