Proper Heading Tags – This is your Title, Description & Keyword tags. They are the at the top of your code and may look something like – <title></title> and <meta name =”description”…..>. The error you are seeing is basically saying that they don’t match you keywords. If your title for your Home page is Home Page, you might want to try changing that to reflect words in your keyword section.

Page Content – It is saying that your most popular keyword is not showing up more than 2% of the time. So if you have 300 words, your most popular keyword should be in your visible content at least 7 times. That would move it above the 2% range.
