Where do I physically find my site map?

@helio
In the Site Map section of Search Engine Visibility, you can download the sitemap under the ‘Get Site Map’ dropdown. Once you download the sitemap, you will be able to open it on your computer.

And what do I do next. How do I upload it and to where.

Your sitemap should be placed in the root directory of your web site as a file named “sitemap.xml”.
If your site is hosted with Go Daddy, you can use the FTP File Manager, as described here:

@helio – Yes, the sitemap should be located at YOURDOMAIN.com/sitemap.xml (with that filename). But I also wanted to point out if you were using Website Tonight here is some more information of integrating with SEV.
