Cannot download SSL

I am at the point of trying to download my SSL and when I go to download it and choose the Excahnge 2010 server and then save it, it says the file cannot be downloaded. What am I doing wrong?

When you are attempting to download the SSL certificate, are you doing so through the steps outlined in the following article?:
Downloading an SSL Certificate
If you are following these steps, could you provide more details on the error being encountered? Where are you attempting to save the file? What is the full error message that is displayed when the download fails?

I have also just now tried to download our SSL certificate and when I put a check in the box, the download icon stays grayed out whereas everything else colors…
