Certificate problems with mobile devices

Hi,
I have run into a strange situation with our website (BookYourSite.com) regarding mobile devices (at least IOS and Blackberry, assume others). When a customer transfers from the non-secure part of our website (www.bookyoursite.com), to the secure, reservations portion of the site (v3.bookyoursite.com), the browser pops up ‘Cannot Verify Server Identity: Safari cannot verify the identity of “v3.bookyoursite.com”. Would you like to continue anyway?’. If I look under the details section, the certificate information is there, and seems valid.
Help is appreciated.

Using a third party tool to review the certificate, it appears that you have not installed the intermediate certificates. Until this is done, you will encounter errors in some browsers.
What is an intermediate certificate?
