Hi, anyone know how long it takes to issue a wildcard cert? I ordered mine 4 days ago and it hasn’t come through yet. I thought this would have been a sensible FAQ but cant find any info anywhere

If you have purchased the certificate, then credit would have been placed in the account almost immediately. Remember that you will need to access the certificate and request it. Wildcard certificates secure all of the subdomains at the level you specify when you submit your request. Just add an asterisk (*) in the subdomain area of the common name where you want to specify the wildcard. Check out this article:

Hi,

I having similar problem, I have all the certs activate and listed under my account. But when I click the “launch” button on that cert, it brings me to Secure Certificate Services with 0 cert. Have I did something wrong?

Same issue, I ordered the wildcard cert and when I click launch that new wildcard is not listed. Should I wait a few days?

Thanks for jumping on the thread. If you do not see the credit, refresh your list by clicking ‘CLICK HERE’ in the grey bar just below the faded buttons.

I am having the same issue. Does it matter that I already had a single domain cert? I had already bought name.domain.com last year and today I bought *.domain.com . I saw the credit and applied it, but I don’t see where I can setup/download the cert, it isn’t with the original name.domain.com

The certificate account will manage all of your certificates. Were you able to download the new certificate?
