If I purchase a SSL Certificate thru GoDaddy, can I use it on a domain name that is not in my GoDaddy account? The domain name is registered thru a different registrar.

We do not prohibit you from using our certificates with other hosting providers. However, you should confirm with your hosting provider they will allow its installation.
